Amy is a certified mission-driven leadership coach whose purpose is to energize transformation. As a coach and consultant, She combines C-level knowledge and practice in goal setting, accountability, organizational design, talent development, and compelling communication techniques with her values-based coaching approach to help people define their leadership voice, navigate complex issues, and define forward actions. Her clients include executives at: InMobi, Kendo Brands, Sephora, Transamerica, Amazon Web Services, Estee Lauder, Windsor Fashions, Ross Stores, Albertsons Companies, Found, and Cardfree.

Amy has over a decade of P&L responsibility as a Senior Vice President and General Manager leading eCommerce and omnichannel businesses for brands including Old Navy, Banana Republic, Kendo Brands, and Sephora. Her superpower is cultivating high-performing teams and collaborative partnerships which harness diverse strengths and perspectives into winning strategies and top-quality execution.

Amy served as Executive Sponsor for Career Advancement and DE&I programs at Gap Inc and Sephora. Amy is based in the U.S., and has experience leading businesses in Canada, England, Europe, and Japan.

Amy has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a B.A. in Psychology, has completed Master’s level coursework in Organizational Design/Human Resources at the University of San Francisco, and completed the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) Certification Program.
